Appointments
Passport appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Superior Court Clerk's Office. Please schedule appointments by phone at: (912) 576-5631.
Applications can be obtained in this office or online at travel.state.gov. Please review the online passport material on the U.S. Department of State's website and have your completed application and all supporting documents in order prior to your arrival. All application fields must be completed in black ink. Failure to comply with these standards may result in your appointment being rescheduled or your application being rejected.

”HAND CARRIED” applications are NOT accepted at this agency.
Services & Fees
The Passport Book is valid for all international travel.
The Passport Card is valid only for return to the U.S. by land or sea from Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean.
Acceptance fees are payable to the “Clerk of Court” by cash or check.
Application fees and expedited processing fees are payable to “U. S. Department of State” by check or money order only.
To expedite sending your application to the Passport Processing Center, overnight postage must be purchased at a U.S. Post Office and brought to the Clerk’s office with your application.

- Why is the Department of State requiring a photocopy of my citizenship evidence and the original/certified copy?
