At their May 17, 2022, regular meeting, the Camden County Board of Commissioners recognized Kayla Oliver of the Camden County Information Technology (IT) Department as Employee of the Quarter. The Camden County Government Employee Recognition Committee received nominations for employee of the quarter. Kayla was recommended by several of her co-workers and was selected by the committee.
Kayla’s nominations highlighted her, positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and helpfulness as reasons for her recognition. She is also credited with explaining issues in such a way that users can understand and learn from the interaction.
Kayla has worked for Camden County for since January 2021, and currently serves as an AV/IT Helpdesk Technician. In this role she assists county staff with their computer needs.
