Camden County has received a grant from the Department of Community Affairs to help prospective homebuyers by providing downpayment and closing cost assistance for low, moderate, and medium income persons who wish to purchase a home. Homes purchased must be foreclosures within Camden County and meet local and state codes adopted by Camden County for the 2009 NSP Program (Extended to August 31, 2010). Assistance will be determined on a case by case basis.
