[ARCHIVED] Spaceport Camden Project Lead Steve Howard Named Transportation Technology Game Changer

TAG’s membership includes Georgia’s most innovative technology companies and has become one of Georgia’s premiere economic development engines. With 35,000 members, 2,000 member companies, and more than 200 events per year, TAG unites Georgia's technology community and fosters an innovative and connected marketplace that stimulates and enhances Georgia's tech-based economy.

“Across the state and around the country, people are taking note of what we are doing here in Camden County,” said Steve Howard. “I am honored to be named one of TAG’s ten Transportation Technology Game Changers for the work we are doing to make Camden County America’s Commercial Gateway to Space. We are in the next great space race and I am hopeful that Spaceport Camden will allow Camden County and coastal Georgia to play a significant role in the future of space exploration.”

TAG’s Georgia Game Changers list features innovators from organizations across the state of Georgia that are leading the transportation industry. The individuals selected for this year's Transportation Technology Game Changers will be recognized at a special unveiling ceremony during TAG's Tic Tec Kno media event at the Atlanta studios of Georgia Public Broadcasting on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. The full list of Transportation Technology Game Changers will appear in an upcoming issue of TAG’S publication, HUB Magazine.
