1. Do I automatically receive a certified copy of my child's birth certificate?

No, you must request a certified copy of a birth certificate. Requests may be made in person or by mail. The Probate Court can assist you with this process. 

2. Does the Probate Court perform marriage ceremonies?

Yes, the Probate Court can perform your marriage ceremony by appointment only. 

These appointments are scheduled on Thursdays, except for holidays.  Please contact the Probate Court at 912-576-3785 to schedule an appointment.

3. How can I get a certified copy of my marriage license?

Application and payment for certified copies of Marriage Certificates may be obtained through EZCourtPay.
